Dal Bati is one of the main dishes from the Rajasthani cuisine. Batis are prepared in different style. They are either baked or fried. But, they are mainly prepared with the whole wheat flour, semolina, ghee, carom seeds, fennel seeds and besan. Dal required for Dal bati is also little different from our regular dals in meals. It is usually prepared with all mixed dal pulses.
